Information you give us

If you email us or book a meeting, we receive what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, company size, what you need help with, and anything else you write. You decide what to include.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and stores nothing else in your browser. English and Spanish are separate pages, so switching language only changes the address you are on.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for meetings, provide services you have engaged us for, and keep ordinary business records. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first, and every such message will let you unsubscribe.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Services that process information for us

We rely on a small number of providers to run the practice. Each one handles only what it needs to:

• Calendly — scheduling. Receives the details you enter when booking.
• Our email provider — receives and stores the messages you send us.
• Our web host — serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.

Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return. Client records are kept as long as the engagement and our tax and record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to enquiries and client records to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data — government identifiers, financial account details, medical information — through a web form or ordinary email. We will arrange a secure method when it is needed.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
