This website is operated by Wala Isla Glow LLC, trading as Molina Strategic Advisory. MSA is a business, HR and operations consulting practice.

What this website is

This site describes the services MSA offers. Everything on it is general information about our practice. It is not advice, a recommendation or a proposal directed at any particular business.

Nothing on this site creates a consulting, advisory or other professional relationship. That relationship begins only when MSA and a client sign a written agreement describing the work, and not before — not by reading this site, submitting an enquiry, or booking a call.

We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice

MSA is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a tax advisor, and nothing here should be treated as legal, tax or accounting advice. Employment, payroll and workplace obligations vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Consult your own attorney, accountant or tax advisor before acting. Where it helps, MSA is glad to work alongside those advisors.

Booking and enquiries

Meetings are scheduled through Calendly, a third-party service. When you book, you are also using Calendly and are subject to its terms and privacy policy. We do not control that service.

Booking a meeting or sending an enquiry does not oblige MSA to take on the work, and does not oblige you to engage us.

Content and ownership

The text, design, logo and other material on this site belong to MSA or are used with permission. You may read, print and share the pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish, sell or present the material as your own, or use the MSA name or logo without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation — a scheduling tool, a professional directory, a social profile — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MSA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or business interruption. This clause concerns the website. Liability for consulting services is governed by the written agreement covering that work.

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the current version applies to your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
